After previous entry level and front-line manager roles, I shifted to on-site project leadership for 9 years before being promoted again to Consulting Executive to oversee multiple projects in a region. Responsible for overall consulting relationship with designated health system clients. Responsibilities include oversight of multiple clinical and revenue cycle projects, client satisfaction, quality delivery and relationship. In continual service since 1997, I have been successful in multiple management roles within Cerner. From 1997 to 2008, my roles have included account manager, migration program manager, solution marketing manager. Since 2008, I have managed projects/engagements as a Sr Engagement Leader, EL-Manager, and since October 2013, my role has been Sr. Consulting Executive. As an Engagement Leader/Sr. Manager and Consulting Executive, I've managed major implementation projects for large health systems in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, Illinois, and California. Experience includes Multi-state Integrated Delivery Networks, Community Hospitals and University Medical Centers. Clinical adoption, executive relationships, problem solving, budget/finance, team motivation/coordination, are skill-sets I've been commended for.

Progressed through various positions related to shareholder servicing into manager, unit manager and Group manager positions (account reconciliation, customer service, transactions, bank account processing, research). Included in the DST years was a 2-year assignment with a subsidiary, working with the FDIC (RTC) on a special project to implement 'asset management' applications (government acquiring savings & loan assets).

Primary relationship executive for multiple mutual fund management companies, to the servicing partner DST Systems. Responsibilities included management of operations (customer service call center, data entry processing and strategic investor services).
