Internet Sales Consulting is focused on maximizing the Amazon.com business. I help brands to: • "Unpack the Amazon Box" – provide consistent maintenance of images, ASIN’s, pricing and warehouse issues (aka charge backs) through vendor central. Manage the critical strategic elements of marketing and sales within Amazon.com. • "Drive the brand forward" – Maximize A+ page design, utilize AMS, attract more customers, increase sales and improve brand viability. After several months of conversation and planning, Jim Benge & Company became the initial Sales Agency for Klean Kanteen. After a few months of working with Klean Kanteen operations developing basic selling tools necessary to support a sales force, I proposed a roll-put of a sales team on a national scale. I was appointed as National Sales Manager and began to utilize relationships with sales agencies I had worked with from the key national brands I had represented with over the years like, Wigwam Mills, Timberland, CW-X and Asics. These were the respected "blue chip" agencies across the U.S. From these relationships I formed the initial National Sales Force for Kleen Kanteen. This was all performed while managing Jim Benge & Company. There was still a lot of work to be done around operational systems necessary to support the needs of an independent sales force. Managing growth became the next major objective.
