This endeavor aims to keep pointing people back toward their best selves, and help them become the full version of who they are called to be.The first initiative is venz.xyz, a virtual platform that incorporates many forms of content delivery to empower teen boys as they move toward adulthood. Providing high quality content and resources for pre-teens and adolescents (12-18 years old), this program goes beyond a basic curriculum, and addresses a variety of topics. Accommodating various learning styles and interests seeks to keep students engaged as they work toward mastery of skills and material.

Served as Senior Minister and leader of a progressive, mainline church. Directed all activities, managed staff of five, coordinated publications, and built relationships with congregation. Coordinated fundraising and giving efforts for church with $475K budget and $1.4 million endowment. Supervised programming and community building, counseling, social service, worship planning and preaching, and all other aspects of church life. Built new website, developed new database, and rebranded marketing materials. Directed a once/week After-School Wellness Center at the local high school. Created Busy Person’s Retreat, Service Day, and Care Team Ministry.

Oversaw all family programming for a 1,000 member church. Coordinated retreats and community building activities. Worked with multi-faith clergy group to create "Faith and Wellness" programs for area youth. Planned and led multiple regional and international immersion trips. Developed curriculum and educational materials for parents, adults, and Pre-K through 12th grade students. Implemented a $120,000 fundraising campaign and remodel of children's spaces. Frequent preacher at prestigious Martha's Vineyard Tabernacle. Performed the variety of pastoral duties.

Coordinated and led annual service trips to Belize City, BZ and Tijuana, MX. Offered weekly counseling for multiple students and adults. Served on Student Development Planning Committee and Vocational Discernment Committee. Created and directed the three-day Festival of Faith and Film, with an attendance of over 400 people. Served as Ordained Protestant Minister on the Campus Ministry staff.

Created new and interactive curriculums with other teachers, in areas including: Life Science, Chemistry, Film and Journalism, Well-Being and Health, and Athletics. Organized and co-led three-day Middle School Retreat. Coached the Middle School Boys Basketball team.
