The scope of this project touched all facets and employees of the organization: SAP (on HANA) in a complex integration environment, SuccessFactors HR / ECP Payroll, Workforce Time and Attendance, a new BI platform, custom in house quoting / ordering tool used to integrate Salesforce to SAP, suite of mobile applications, and an external facing customer portal. • Managed a project budget of $35MM, over 20+ service providers and partners, and over 100 full time and consulting resources in 4 countries.• Delivered the project on time and under budget to 150+ locations across 3 business units on two continents in just over one year’s time from analysis through go-live.
