Director of Operations at the Agile Battle Laboratory, ACC Detachment 3. The ABL accelerates tech, TTPs and UTCs alongside ACC units to realize ACE. Projects include resilient communications systems for warfighters, camouflage tactics and innovations to increase survivability, and maintenance evolution to guarantee sortie generation in contested environments.

This position reports to the Stategy Guidance Team Chief and is responsible for the implementation and translation of the Combined Forces Air Combatant Commander's guidance and intent into the Air Operations Directive. In the ROK, these orders are used by US, ROK and United Nations forces to deliver space, cyber and airpower effects in contingency and wartime scenarios.

Assumed similar responsibilities as previous role, adding in management of Joint Integrated Prioritized Target Lists.

Part of the team charged with integrating combat effects in support of CFC objectives and taskings. Specifically, this position not only helps focus the Air Component's targeting efforts, but integrates non-lethal fires into the overall Air Tasking Order plan. This position is integrated with professionals from around the full spectrum of US DoD and ROK components, and is responsible for ensuring that campaign planners are able to apportion friendly forces for wartime operations.

As a member of the Target Effects Team, I am responsible for the analysis, targeting and integration of Non-Lethal fires into the Joint Operations Plan. This includes space, cyber, IO and EW functional components. In addition, I am the executive officer for the Combat Plans chief, building and maintaining the chief’s schedule, coordinating meetings and events, tracking evaluations, decorations and other administrative taskers in a joint & multinational organization.

This position is responsible for squadron-level functions encompassing crew force proficiency evaluations for 400+ personnel across 2 career fields, 4 satellite systems and and 7 duty positions, compliance for commander-level inspection programs including safety and security, supervision of technical order, checklist and document accuracy and production & dissemination, and supervises a cross-functional area team. In addition, this position retains instructor, evaluator, and Wing Inspection Team certifications, and augments the wing-level Inspector General team during exercises, while also retaining mission-ready qualification. This position is also responsible for briefing leadership on the progress and status of every component of the standardization/evaluation flight, to include mission/personnel status, metric tracking of compliance programs, long-term projects and future events. This position also plans, develops and executes evaluation scenarios for the crew force to ensure mission readiness and identify deficiencies for further training, and is the commander’s trusted agent for crew force certification in accordance with higher-headquarters guidance and instructions. Finally, this position is responsible for interfacing with engineering, training and operations flight leaders as well as squadron leadership to ensure full-spectrum mission execution.

I am the tactical and administrative leader for one of the SATCOM teams that conduct satellite Command and Control (C2) as well as communication operations on the WGS, DSCS, AEHF and MILSTAR satellite constellations. I am the lead for reporting SATCOM status to multiple agencies and organizations, including fielded forces as well as the Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC). I drive day-to-day operations on both the Advanced Satellite Mission Control System (ASMCS) as well as Space-Ground Link Systems (SGLS), and am the lead on troubleshooting when anomalies occur on either the spacecraft or ground segments. I also am the direct supervisor and leader of a 12-member operations crew, and am responsible for their training, development and performance evaluations. I provide mentorship, counsel and authority to my crew, and endeavor not only to keep the mission successful, but also work to facilitate the success of those assigned to me.

I serve as part of the team maintaining the health and mission of the MILSTAR and AEHF satellite constellations. In this role, I am responsible for mission-related activities, net creation and teardown, telemetry up-and-downlinks, crosstalk with other ASMCS terminals, communications asset monitoring, orbit management, timekeeping, general housekeeping, and identification and resolution of on-orbit anomalies. I also work with SGLS (CCS-C) operators to perform routine tasks for SVMA purposes.

In addition to my duties as a Mission Flight Control Officer, I instruct recurring training for all MFCOs on the Eastern range and mission qualification training for MFCO trainees. As part of this job, I am responsible for generation, documentation and coordination of all training and records materials associated with training. I also assist with the introduction or deletion of new regulations governing training.

I execute public safety operations in accordance with EWR 127-1, AFSPCMAN 91-710, AFSPCMAN 91-711 and 45th Space Wing directives. Duties include direction of sea and air traffic, command and control of range systems and personnel, console operations, document preparation and management, as well as briefing leadership on the progress of launch campaigns.
