Hi there! I'm Jim, and I live to solve problems, help others and give a bit of energy and enthusiasm into whatever we need to do. Collaborative by nature, I'm an avid disciple of Simon Sinek's teachings; I always believe strongly in the "why" when it comes to Change Management and making that as clear and compelling as possible when engaging with others. I believe that honestly and integrity are key to success, because clarity leads to better decisions and discussions at every stage. This means I've been trusted to hold high level security clearances, manage budgets with far too many zeroes in them and permitted to recruit colleagues who align with my values.
