I am a senior consultant at KWM a leading international law firm headquartered in Asia. I advise many leading financial institutions, fund managers, institutional investors and insurers. My experience ranges from setting up and selling businesses, negotiating strategic alliances, making investments for Australia’s largest institutional investors and responding to regulatory investigations. For many years I have been named as a leading individual in numerous directories including in Chambers and Partners for both Investment Funds and Financial Services Regulation. I have worked in Melbourne, London and Sydney and am Australian and UK qualified and also have an accounting major. I have had several leadership roles at KWM. This includes head of Investment Funds, a member of KWM’s partnership committee, admissions committee and Sydney pro bono committee (which I established) and Sydney centre staff partner. I have also held positions outside the firm including a board member of PILCH (a not for profit public interest law clearing house) and was for many years the KWM representative on Financial Services Counsel. I am currently honorary solicitor of my local beach club and a member of its risk and COVID-19 committees.I really enjoy solving complex problems and explaining solutions and risks simply. I am known for my energy, rigour and getting things done while keeping calm.
