I was formerly the General Manager, Cloud Developer Relations at Microsoft Corporation where I provide strategic leadership to 13-member team of developers and program scaling the operations of the assigned division. I integrate all bottom-line factors, including business plan, customer behavior, and long-term strategic objectives to leverage maximum growth for the program.It is worth mentioning that, I develop long-lasting relationships with cross-functional members, business allies, strategic partners, and external customers. I participate in human resource initiatives relating to recruitment, terminations, and promotions along with the training and development programs.The following are highlights of my contributions to Microsoft Corporation;☛ Successfully added over 2,800 Independent software vendors (ISV) on Microsoft Azure and acquired 50,000 new cloud developers shifting perceptions from Amazon Web Service and Google Cloud.☛ Executed strategic partnerships and built a portfolio valuation of more than $12B through competitive business growth and constant community story telling.☛ Implemented strategic partnerships with 26 leading accelerator programs across 16 cities to ensure nation-wide presence of the product and related services.☛ Conceptualized and launched the startup predictor product, designed for predicting early stage cloud startup success leveraging a proprietary algorithm awarded a United States patent.

As a Head of Operations and Growth Programs at Microsoft Ventures, I oversaw operations across all business processes, encompassing routine operations, internal and external communications, policies formulation, relationship management, and strategic planning. Furthermore, I led cross-functional teams and acted as a driving force for achieving targeted growth, profitability, strategic objectives, and organizational goals. I recruited, trained, and developed key staff members for designing and executing high profile marketing campaigns and client relationships ensuing increased clientele, product awareness, and market presences across the globe. The following are highlights of my contributions to Microsoft Corporation; ☛ Accelerated independent software vendor sales through introducing Microsoft ventures alumni programs to ensure capitalization of strategic gaps and market growth opportunities. ☛ Fabricated partnerships between ISVs and Microsoft global accounts to accelerate corporate customers’ sales like Emirates, Costco, JP Morgan Chase, and other giants.☛ Orchestrated co-sell plans and go-to market strategy to target cloud independent software vendor (ISVs) sales and Microsoft azure cloud clientele. ☛ Instigated Microsoft’s $5M investment in CloudFlare (Series C) and accomplished investment growth by 33% over the two-year span while strategically managing the operational budget of over $35M.

Throughout my career as a OEM Server Product, Channel Management, & Product Marketing in Microsoft Corporation, I demonstrated leadership skills in executing organizational plans, strategic growth, market penetration, and product development. I responsible for profit and loss of server and cloud for the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) channel having budget of $300M. Additionally, I spearheaded product strategy, technical roadmaps, and vendor partnerships ensuring the acquisition of targeted revenue, product growth, and new market segment. I provided technical and operational support to server and tools products in managing field programs for SQL, Server, BizTalk, and Developer tools.The following are highlights of my contributions to Microsoft Corporation; ☛ Conceptualized, developed, and managed funding of converged data center product evolving into Microsoft’s Cloud Platform Solution and recently Azure Stack.☛ Played a vital role in the successful launch of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2012R2, and other Microsoft products.☛ Secured Microsoft's Platinum Club award in 2012 for excellent work performance and served on the Microsoft Senior Leaders Bench program for seven consecutive years.☛ Led all partner negotiations related to royalty agreements, co-marketing investment funds, strategic deals, global programs, and annual sales quotas.
