As a longtime journalist and as a communications and marketing manager at Arizona State University, I specialize in creating compelling editorial content through writing, editing and design. In my current position as Digital Marketing Manager with the New Student Programs, Family Programs and Career Services offices at ASU, I strive to to tell the story of resources, support services and engagement opportunities designed to help students and families succeed. I specialize in email communications, social media, website content, graphic design, photography and occasional feature writing.My skills and experience include many years as a reporter, writer, copy editor, designer and manager in the newspaper and magazine business. An award-winning journalist, my skills include writing, copy editing, AP style, feature and news reporting, social media, management ability, problem solving and proficiency in a variety of publishing software platforms.
