Been in the maintenance industry since year 1979. Started my apprenticeship in 1981 working for my certification to become an electrician maintaining diesel locomotives, where I served my apprenticeship studying electrical maintenance and theroy gaining my journeyman's Card with the Union. Since I have used this knowledge and continued to learn, increasing my knowledge of equipment operation and manufacturing processes. I have applied this knowledge to worked in cement, semi conductor, hospitals, mines, Paper mills (tissue and Kraft), corrugated converting plants and industrial service/sales. Serviced and worked on equipment ranging from 12 VDC to 15K voltages, knowledge in flow control, steam systems, pressure vessels, ro systems, Cooling Towers, Steam vessels, water treatment, process controls and all support equipment from A to Z. Along the way I have been introduced to Lean Managing, S5, OSHA Laws, fire systems the list goes on. Other Experiences I learned on the way: construction, project management, solar power generation, cement manufacture, tissue, Kraft paper manufacture, hospital operations and equipment requirements. and operations. Worked in California until 1990 when I relocated to Arizona into the corrugating industry. Where I started my career in management in corrugating then service/sales around the state of Arizona. Where managing project and organizing different companies to work together became a way of life. With a clean safety record for myself and my employees.
