HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is a 163-bed hospital that serves northwest Houston. Until acquisition by HCA in September 2018, it was one of the more successful physician-owned hospitals in the country. The facility serves as a regional referral center for cardiovascular services, is a Primary Stroke Center, offers comprehensive cancer services, and has established centers of excellence in orthopedics and bariatric surgery. HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress employs approximately 1,200 staff.

Responsible for strategic partnerships and clinical service line development for HCA's hospitals in Houston, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley. Participated in the strategic, medical staff, and functional integration of five hospital acquisitions.

In addition to System's 26 imaging centers and 20 ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals, I was responsible for Memorial Hermann's 37 physical therapy clinics, four Ironman Sports Medicine Institutes, reference lab company, the Orthopedic service line, and oversight for the development of Memorial Hermann's Convenient Care Center Network which will eventually consist of seven sites anchored by freestanding ERs. Ambulatory Services generated approximately $500 million annually in net revenue and employed more than 1,700 people. The Orthopedic Service Line contributed approximately $200 million annually.

Oversee 26 imaging and breast centers and the management company that operates Memorial Hermann's 15 ambulatory surgery centers and three surgical hospitals.

Three time "Top 100" hospital, AHA Quest for Quality Prize finalist, and initiated the facility's Malcom Baldrige quality journey (2016 Malcom Baldrige Quality Award winner).
