• Responsible for migration strategy of Plant Maintenance data from multiple legacy systems and business units to SAP PM HANA. This includes: data mapping, cleansing, harmonization and validation.• Extracted and analyzed the data from the legacy systems to determine the best method for migrating data. • Led Functional Unit Testing (FUT) for conversions objects with the off-shore team. • Project 1 - Managed the activities to migrate data from Microsoft Dynamics Navision from two sites into SAP. These activities included: developing project plan, mapping processes, cleansing data, testing and data migration and go-live support.• Project 2 - Responsible for migrating data from Microsoft Dynamics Navision from a manufacturing site. Activities included: developing the tasks to migrate data, data cleansing, tool development, validation.

As NRX’s Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for the successful implementation and deployment of the NRX solutions for NRX clients. Included in this is responsibility for the scope acceptance and management, customer satisfaction and ongoing relationship management. Additionally, I have also developed the scope, gap analysis, proposal and/or statement of work. I also developing NRX’s Implementation Methodologies.

Led a plant management project for two plants. Responsibilities included project plan, budgeting, status reports, budgeting and cutover planning and working closely with an external vendor to deliver a back end data cleansing project for materials and equipment.

• Managed FI/CO project for two Mars companies in three different countries consisting of six company codes. The initial sites were in the UK, followed by the US and Mexico. • Managed the AP integration and cutover plan for an SAP FI/CO project for Mars North America, this included eight company codes, and development of interfaces from legacy systems. This was the largest SAP project to date for the Mars companies• Managed the interface between SAP AP and a third party AP company custom invoicing program. This interface reduced dual entry and per unit invoice cost. This project included determining a technical solution, developing prototype, testing scenarios and documentation. • Managed a Co-processing project for seven external vendors and was able to leverage previous FI/CO and Purchasing experience to deliver this project• Managed a project to split off two product lines to a separate company code to facilitate a new the integration of Wrigley. This project was tied to contractual timelines associates with the Wrigley purchase
