Territory Sales Manager- April 2004- January 2006 Wisconsin/Illinois NorthStarting and staffing a regional office with 4 home office support staff reporting. Hired 11 District General Agents (DGA) and 30 career reps and over 50 brokers. In 2005 led the nation in 3 of the top six territorial categories with highest percentage increase production year over year at 66%. Number 1 in DGAs achieving QTD, YTD productions goals (22 of 38 DGAs). Territory organization was number one in percentage of new business from first year agents. Ended 2004 35th of 36 territories in new business produced companywide and moved to number 7 with over a $1.5 million increase in new business written ending 2005
