Lead product direction for the Cloud Pak for Automation and Business Automation Workflow products for both SaaS and on premises. Worked closely with IBM's customers, ecosystem partners, and IBM development team to conceptualize, create and deliver one of the strategic offerings at IBM. This offering has exceeded targets for growth, revenue, and is highly rated by analysts. Identified market opportunities and led concept creation for some of the innovative aspects of the cloud pak for automation, including Digital Workers, process mining, and automation insights. Overhauled our internal product planning process to enable a much more nimble, agile and responsive process.

Established a new product management team responsible for our automation platform, including our AI, low code, SaaS, and analytics offerings. Designed and restructured the team to improve delivery and better align with our strategy. This became a template used across the division.Responsible for translating our strategy into product features that drive growth - including new concept and business case development, along with leading a team of product managers to drive new features into the IBM Automation platform.

Established a new go to market team and built it from one person to a global team for a $1B business unit. Responsibilities include direct engagement with clients in strategic opportunities, analysis of other BPM solutions in the market, and driving awareness of IBM solutions through speaking engagements at marketing events and industry conferences.
