Auto: 2016 - 2020Accountable for personal and commercial auto claim adjudication in the upper midwestern region (IL, WI, IN, MI). Oversaw an 18-state territory of public sector, construction, and heavy trucking operations and the claim service delivery of 30+ national accounts. Property: 2007-2013 & 2015-2016Led Travelers’ largest property claim team with field responsibilities for Virginia, D.C, and Maryland. Also directed an inside claim hub which served 11 states in the mid-atlantic and southeastern regions. Managed all agribusiness claim volume for the eastern half of the country. Operations; 2013-2015Cost-effectively controlled an eight-figure annual operating budget for a claim office comprised of 300 FTE. Accountable for center-wide support functions, call center metrics, and SOX compliance for the Auto, Property, General Liability, and Workers Compensation lines of business.
