•Developed and managed an online retail site for a Corporate Shoe Company using Volusion’s Ecommerce platform.•Recruited designers and programmers to help produce a functional Ecommerce store with an integrated Point of Sale system.•Worked with multiple 3rd party platforms including Amazon, Ebay, and Overstock, to manage over 10,000 SKU’s.•Created and managed all listings for an Amazon Seller account with over $150,000 in annual sales. •Purchased and distributed over 1,200 pairs of shoes a month from multiple vendors.•Designed and developed a Men’s Shoe site with integrated ability to drop ship items from multiple vendors.

• Analyzed Synvata website productions for bugs and other issues. • Created and developed work flow charts for client implementation plans, business operations, and an application support proposal, using Visio.• Project manager for a 25th annual global relocation conference that included the production of a handbook, a sponsorship flier, and website adjustments.• Worked with clients on multiple projects to ensure their views were understood and their objectives were met in a timely and thorough manner and to help improve communication between Synvata’s resources and clients. • Designed a mobile phone property management application for a real estate company. • Worked as an assistant manager for Synvata’s application support team, using two ticket management systems. • Worked with a global support team located in China.

• Led a book donation campaign in which the Collaborative received over 3000 books and dozens of pieces of electronic equipment for a youth bookstore/library being opened by the collaborative. • Participated in a 3-day forum in Detroit, Michigan regarding change in our societies. • Helped organize the SWYC’s involvement in the Chicago Half Marathon and 5K race. • Involved in an effort to change Chicago Public School security policies and procedures; directly worked with the head of Chicago Public School’s security department.

• Participated in the “due diligence” effort regarding an investment in 2 regional shopping malls valued at $675 million; reviewed leases and estoppels to confirm terms related to amounts paid by tenant to landlord [(minimum rent, percentage rent, common area maintenance, etc.)]; co-tenancy requirements; use restrictions and termination rights.• Summarized key terms of commercial real estate sales transactions and updated a centralized data base.• Conducted market research regarding self storage properties by calling approximately 100 properties to inquire what types of units were available, at what prices, on what term, etc.• Attended bi-weekly staff meetings with senior management and partners to discuss real estate market conditions and Heitman’s strategy to invest in real estate properties.• Exposed to Argus real estate cash flow projections related to potential investments (revenues, expenses, capital expenditures, debt service, etc.) and to Excel worksheets that analyzed returns related to the real estate cash flow projections (annual yields on cost of property, annual yield on equity in property, overall yield on the money invested, etc).

• Helped plan and organize a 26-mile bike ride fundraising event consisting of 8,000 participants.• Designed promotional tools such as the event website and created online advertisements.• Planned and coordinated routes for participants with over 100 Chicago Police Stations.• Organized related activities for riders the night of the fundraiser including distributing 8,000 promotional bags.
