Performs as Administrator of the FAA-approved electronic AQP database. Responsible for day-to-day upkeep of AQP Operations Handbook hard copies. Manages teams in the development of AQP change and revision documentation. Reviews change and revision documentation drafted by the AQP Coordinator and serves as mentor for AQP-related matters. Trains AQP Coordinator on AQP-related software applications. Performs as lead for AQP special projects. Management and administration of the Delta Aircrew Training Center (DATC). Ensured compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Joint Aviation Requirements necessary for certification as a FAR 142 Training Center, JAA Type Rating Training Organization and SFAR 58 training programs. Established and maintained Training Center Instructor qualifications in accordance with FAR’s, JAR’s and other applicable regulatory requirements including the required documentation of all student and instructor records. Oversaw DATC daily operations, coordinates DATC functions with Delta Flight Operations and Contract Pilot Training Services. Was instrumental in the creation of the DATC MSP Satellite Training Center

Instructed Delta Air Lines pilots utilizing standup classroom instruction, Computer Assisted Procedures Trainers (CAPT), Flight Training Devices (FTD), and Full Flight Simulators (FFS). Past qualifications as an instructor: B-727, B-737, B-757-200/B-767-200/300/400, B-777-200ER/LR and MD88/90.

P-3 Instructor Flight Engineer.

Established maintainability design criteria and ensuring that maintainability features were incorporated in the design of all new and or modified mechanical, electrical and electronic systems installed on the P-3 and S-3 Anti-Submarine Warfare Aircraft.
