Utilizing Jack Henry software I provide application support for the following systems: Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Mobile Banking, Item Processing, Fraud Detection, Document Image COLD storage applications, ATM/Debit Card processing and all Core applications. I possess strong Project Management skills and have also managed the 24/7 daily operations of an IBM iSeries 525 system. And I have consistently managed a $2M+ budget to within +/-2% each year.

My responsibilities include Document Imaging Administrator and Core application support.

Early responsibilities included implementing a new customer calling program which resulted in greater than $2M in new deposit accounts within first year; moved to Operations and managed the installation of imaging equipment and software for the Item Processing Department; provided backup operational support for a Unisys server utilizing ITI core banking software and supported all applications for the Bank.

Managed large, complex projects for Bank consolidations and Item Processing. Last worked assignments for the technical analysis and installation of IBM 3897 Image cameras within the Bank’s Western Region Item Processing sites and testing coordinator for the Bank’s Check Standardization project. All projects dealt with significant business and technical issues affecting multiple customer groups. Supervised staff of ten (10) while converting banks in numerous states onto Bank of America’s deposit and loan processing systems. Coordinated upgrades to the Bank’s Bulk File system in nationwide processing sites. Developed and monitored project budgets, ensured adequate staffing, coaching & counseling associates; all done within set timelines. Supported Treasury Management services applications of Account Analysis and Sweep Repurchase Agreements; coordinated all operational aspects of the sweep arrangements and acted as the focal point between the Bank and outside fund processor. This position required extensive customer contact and travel.Also, accountable for the delivery of products and customer service throughout a 24-hour Item Processing operation. Exercised authority over areas of daily operations, staffing, performance appraisal, salary administration, budget preparation and review. Interacted with all levels of management to ensure accurate, efficient delivery of services. Managed special projects such as Image processing deliverables and relocation or resources and machinery.

Created and managed a Remittance Processing facility. Processed all of Ameren Illinois' customer payments and delivered captured data to Ameren's Decatur office on a daily basis.

Loan Officer handling all types of loan requests. Also, managed an in-house computer system that processed the Bank's General Ledger.

Oversaw all teller and bookkeeping operations.
