Procurement Manager – Eden Brewery 2006-Present Accountable for all Direct and Indirect procurement functions within the Eden Brewery. 2012 spend $100 million plus. Responsibilities included reviewing, creating and implementing all plant level procurement policies. Inventory and material management and control in a lean environment with oversight over Central Stores. Establishing long term vendor partnerships and performance criteria. Lead negotiator for all service agreements, Contracting, RFP/RFx projects from creation to completion. Value Analysis Modeling. Accountable for implementing and communicating all corporate and plant procurement policies and revisions. Leads a team that includes a Procurement Specialist, a Storeroom Team Leader, a Procurement Coordinator and 8 bargaining unit employees. • Project Leader –New Warehouse and Automation Project , a 12 month 3 phase commitment that included the construction of a 100,000 sq. ft addition, the installation of 7 new Laser Guided Vehicles capable of carrying out complex warehousing operations including finished goods warehousing, product staging and Automated Truck Loading. Project completed 5 weeks ahead of scheduled “Go Live” date. • Served as a corporate team member that initiated and implemented a 3rd party sourcing partner utilized across the network for all MRO spend. Realized sourcing/synergy reductions company wide ranging from 15 - 20% per plant. • Created an all inclusive facility services agreement merging Facilities Maintenance, Landscaping, Painting and HVAC systems under one on-site service provider. Delivered savings of 27% in related service costs and labor. Agreement later served as the corporate benchmark for all future facility service agreements. • Implemented consignment/vendor managed inventory. Reduced held inventory value by 19% while maintaining/increasing SKU availability. • Implemented MRO Vending throughout plant.

Logistics Manager 1998 – 2004Direct responsibility for all supply chain functions for the Greensboro NC facility. Principle tasks included Procurement and Materials Management, Production Planning and Control, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Control, Product Accountability, Estimating as well as all Warehouse and Shipping operations both Domestic and Internationally. Supply Chain team included 5 direct reporting managers and their teams for a total of 40 employees. • Developed and integrated a Production Control solution that combined a stand alone Demand Forecasting system with the plants Materials and Production Control system. • Automated product destruction area resulting in 120K / yr labor savings
