I bring over 20 years of experience in Employee Benefits, Risk Management and Insurance Consulting and in Employee Motivation and Performance Improvement. Prior to joining Gallagher, I served in a business development and consulting role with an entrepreneurial start-up and two large national firms where I was responsible for new business generation through myriad disciplines including Employee Benefits, Commercial Insurance, Risk Management, Human Resources Outsourcing, Payroll and Human Capital Services. With a large, privately-held insurance brokerage firm here in St. Louis, I spearheaded the development of a dedicated Healthcare division. I worked as an Account Executive for two leading Life and Disability carriers where I expanded business through agent/broker development and the selling and consultation of Employee Benefits to companies, large and small, in St. Louis and the greater Mid-States region. Prior to the insurance industry, I worked for a global leader in Employee Motivation and Performance Improvement that served the world’s largest corporations. My insurance background coupled with my experience in the “people and productivity business” enable me to develop more creative and strategic programs that help reduce costs, enrich coverage and improve the health and productivity of employees.
