Clients are in both the social and private sectors.My academic background is in psychology and education. I was trained in Human Resources by GE's Human Resource Management Program. At Apple I headed Management Development, then Apple University - which contained all Employee and Management Training, as well as Leadership Development. Apple U also led enterprise Organization Development efforts. At Monitor I led an internal effort to build interpersonal and organizational skills, then went on to build and lead the Organization and Leadership Practice Group which worked closely with the business strategy and marketing strategy functions to build an integrated approach to corporate strategy..
