• Act as Kern County's primary liaison to all local, regional, and statewide economic development and business organizations, groups, collaboratives, and stakeholders to ensure continuity and alignment of County economic and business development priorities.• Develop winning strategies to pitch and attract new business ventures in destination retail and entertainment, logistics, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and energy.• Ensure Kern County is at the table and highly competitive in marketplace decisions of companies seeking to locate and expand in California and the Central Valley.• Develop and sustain an internal organizational culture that is sharply focused on business development and success, including ensuring all external facing business areas within the organization that are crucial for success in this space are preforming at the level and standard required for attracting and retaining new and existing business, which includes code compliance, permitting, and public communications, among others.• Sustain a private sector mentality and perspective in the County's economic development work.

Stewards is a nonprofit that works with vulnerable individuals in Kern County by advocating for homelessness prevention through connection to social services, resources, and acting as an appointed representative payee service.

Served as board member for the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Served as Sr. VP of Sales for the the digital transformation business unit (formerly Stria; Acquired by Bitwise in Aug of 2022). Led sales team to exceed sales by 200% until company was closed in May of 2023.

Founded and led Stria, LLC to become a five-time INC 5000 company. The firm delivered digital transformation services and business process outsourcing to customers across the nation. The company was acquired by Bitwise Industries in August of 2022.
