• As from all the jobs I have done in the past have been in the retail sector I have had to deal with customers directly and indirectly (on the telephone) I have gained experience of inter customer relations and I am able to adapt to situations as needed, I have done a lot of work with large organisations overseeing projects making sure they're completed on schedule.• I’m familiar with using and setting up various computer programs and hardware, I'm comfortable to take pretty much anything apart to resolve any issues both electronic or mechanical.• I enjoy being creative with drawing and designing things I have worked with creating professional individual company documentation and reports.• Knowledge of PC construction, setup and installation, including networking topologies and PC peripherals.• I have experience with setting up and maintaining server environments including virtualization using both VMware, Citrix and Azure.• Experience and knowledge of assembly, diagnosis and repair on modern electronics such as computer systems, tablets, laptops, servers and mobile phones.• Experienced in training individuals in using computer systems, how computer systems can benefit them in the workplace and how to use many application packages.• Experience with specialized computer systems uses such as video editing, sound processing using most mainstream pc applications, door access, digital surveillance equipment and overclocked high performance computers.• I'm comfortable pulling cables into sites and using crimping and punch down tools to connect up local area networks as well as installing telephone extensions.• Experienced with VMware, Hyper-V due to running a full HA and DRS home lab environment with 3 Hosts, where I keep my skills sharp and keep my mind active, I also run a full Ubiquiti system of internet gateway, switches and wireless access points to maintain my knowledge of advanced network switching.• I'm comfortable with travelling all over the country to travel to customers to carry out onsite installations, fault diagnosis, repair and training on a product.• I’m comfortable with being involved in the migration of telephony systems to modern IP systems, computer system controlled plant machinery as well as security systems such as CCTV and door access systems like Paxton Access Net2.• I'm a very keen cyclist and often cycle to work as well take park in local charity events to help raise funds and awareness of our local charities.
