As the President of LePure Biotech LLC and the Chief Scientific Officer of Shanghai LePure Biotech Co., I lead LePure Biotech Americans and the development and commercialization of single-use products for biologics development and manufacturing, such as bags, filtration membranes, tubing and assemblies. My core competencies include polymer membranes, filtration, polymer extrusion and molding, cell therapy material development and applications, sensor development, adhesives and tapes, UV polymerization, coating and converting, and IP development and protection. I have a patent agent credential in China and multiple patents and publications in the field of medical, biopharma materials, electronics and other highly regulated markets. I am also experienced in global R&D management, organizational structure improvement, market need and value proposition identification, supply chain development, and outsourcing.
