Northeast

Responsible for leading development in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut; generated significant income through initial franchise fees, and continuing franchise fees; annual top performer in all measured categories (store openings, signings, relocations, EVA etc.); established strong relationships with franchisees and cross functional partners; drove development, including relocations that increased sales and profitability for all stakeholders averaging 50+% increases; volunteered to cover additional areas and worked collaboratively with DM’s and operations to maintain and exceed production goals; train and mentor existing and new DM’s, including on-boarding via classroom and in-field training; supported simplification and advocated for enhancements to reduce time and improve development process and worked with legal to create a lease negotiation guide for DM’s.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with leading regional and national gasoline and convenience store retailers throughout the country; developing the gasoline and convenience store guidebook, programs and formats for retailers; training and supporting the regional teams to implement development to support the national growth strategy; developed a process to the field teams for the interstate exit strategy, including site criteria, volume estimating guidelines and potential development partners.
