I lead the business in the Bank's "owner managed" / SME (£2-50M Turnover)" market segment. Responsible for delivering capital efficient income and balance sheet growth, growing the Bank's market presence and developing / coaching a team of Commercial Relationship and Business Development Managers.

A technical business development role originating and advising on Corporate Finance transactions (Buy-Outs, acquisitions succession planning etc) for the Bank's clients across the 4 counties of the South West. Working strategically with business owners and professional advisors to deliver appropriate funding solutions for leveraged deals.
