Running men's fitness sessions aimed at getting men more active through fun and engaging fitness classes.

Managing all secondary school based delivery for the Foundation and coordinating the Foundations Premier League Inspires programme taking it from Good to Exemplary PLCF grading within my first 7 months within the role. Overseeing all project delivery and liasing schools to create bespoke delivery plans aimed at meeting the schools needs to help devlop their students and othe young people in the community. Leading on delivery in two schools and building relationships to help grow the programme.Providing one to one sessions and group workshops along side unique experiences and social actions to help devlop young people. Also acting as Matchday Cordinator running the ball crew and being the point of contact for the foundation on matchdays.

Supporting various projects across the foundation including disability sessions, one to one youth work, mental health sessions and leading on social actions initiatives. Assisting the fundraising team by selling boro lottery tickets on matchday averaging £1500 in sales per matchday adding an additional £750 per match to the Foundations unrestricted funding.Managing the foundation's Acklam Green Kick site providing free and safe football sites in Whitney Banks to over a hundred young people

Supporting young people in Middlesbrough through transitional periods in their lives. Whether it be from years 6 to 7, 11 to 12, parental separation or helping a young person from the Democratic Republic of the Congo settle in Middlesbrough. Creating bespoke mentoring plans for the individual and working with then to create achievable goals aimed at helping their transition.

Based in Trinity Catholic College spending six months in school 4 days a week supporting year 7s through targetted interventions to help them settle into their new environment. Offering one to one support and group workshops alongside classroom support, on the spot interventions if needed and lunch time activities.

• Planning and delivery of School Sports Sessions including Sky Try both at primary and secondary levels. Also, delivering sessions at youth clubs, local district housing authority estates and other partner companies involving a diverse group of individuals. • Liaising with local community clubs as part of the club’s ambassador schemes including inviting to pre match tournaments and sessions at club training nights. • Managing the clubs Back Onside program organizing recruitment, behavioral changes, exit strategies and recording data to Upshot. • Planning, promoting and delivering England Talent Pathway Sessions.• Sport Leaders Tutor; planning, organizing, evidencing and delivering Sports Leaders sessions. • Designing and implementing the clubs My Home Debut Scheme welcoming new supporters to the club. • Responsible for the club’s Women’s Super League side. Organising matchdays, team and sponsorship events. Securing team and player sponsorships, liaising with kit suppliers and promoting games and squad announcements.• Promoting club events through social media, designing graphics and videos to promote the foundation and projects. • Organising and running pre-match entertainment for first team games. Including tournaments and ambassador events, also in charge of tunnel on match days organising mascots and flags.• Delivering themed assemblies in partner schools.• Running the foundations Junior Rovers Program delivering fun inclusive sessions to 3-12 year olds.
