Recruit Sustainment Program Cadre
Current- Receive and integrate the newly assessed Soldiers in to The Recruit Sustainment Program.- Administratively processes the Soldiers documents and ensures all required documents are included for Soldiers to ship to Basic Training. - Ensures all Soldiers training and personal data is correct.- Identifies conflicts with employers and intervene as appropriate to assist the Soldier. - Submit training schedules to approving authority.- Review instructor lesson plans. - Facilitate and monitor all training.- Verify Instructor preparedness and effectiveness. - Request uniforms and equipment for new Soldiers.- Coordinate and secure all training resources.- Coordinate meals and billeting plans.
