Managing small projects for the Oxide Unit for Dow Chemical at Seadrift, Texas.

Was currently leading a $90MM project for Dow Wire and Cable in Seadrift Texas. Responsible for all aspects of the job. Job is a modernization project for High Pressure Polyethylene unit. Uses the Dow GPM work process to safely implement the project.Improvement Engineer – EO/EG Seadrift Texas March 2009 to present.Is the improvement team leader for Seadrift EO/EG. Is a member of the Seadrift EO/EG steering team. Is the LPP Coordinator for EO/EG. Participated in Oxides dowgap analysis in August .Managing projects which includes a 2.5 MM electrical improvement project utilizing equipment from Nordel MG.Process Safety Coordinator/Project Manager/Specialist Engineer/Improvement Engineer – Nordel MG 2001 – March 2009Union Carbide Corporation 1996 - 2001 Victoria, TexasReactor Engineer/Start-up Engineer - EPRDeveloped new technology for Unipol EPDM gas phase rubber plant. Coordinated start up of facilities. Was manufacturing representative for a 200 million project which built and modified a new Unipol plant for EPDM rubber. Reactor engineer for EPDM reactor. Duties included writing run plans, modifying procedures, training operators, coordinating projects. Led start up team for 40 MM dollar rebuild of facilities in 1998 also was manufacturing representative on the rebuild project. One of my major responsibilities on the rebuild was participating in the RC/PHA and modifying the unit OSS standards for the unit.

Managed operations in the Oklahoma area for The Anschutz Corp. Main production was in the Wilson Oklahoma area. Duties included supervising drilling operations, completion operations, and production operations. In charge of 20 employees. Coordinated large frac jobs in southern Oklahoma. Worked with the fracture companies to design the jobs. Arranged for the frac tanks, packers, work over rigs, and fracturing fluids. Assisted in arranging the equipment on site, was present during the jobs, acted as engineer and foreman when completing these wells. After the fracture jobs were complete, set up equipment to recover the fracture fluids, coordinated building the facilities for storing the oil and coordinated the facilities for the natural gas. Also worked as drilling foreman and engineer for Anschutz when needed. Ran and cemented casing, witnessed and read logs, contracted the drilling rigs, coordinated the construction of the locations.

Supervised drilling operations, completion operations, and production facilities for Terra Resources. Areas included gas wells in Alabama, oil and gas wells in Oklahoma and Kansas. Duties included contacting the completion companies, contacting the work over rigs, contracting the frac tanks, completion fluids, witnessing and designing the jobs.
