Managing a suite of projects with the majority of my time spent as senior project manager on a 10 million AMP 5 scheme for Thames water working under the JV optimise. We innovated a new way of mass data capture and collection of information within existing infrastructure. My role included the management of survey, and repair teams who mapped, maintained and repaired approx. 1000km of Greater London drainage including some of the oldest in the UK and also helped understand adopted drainage post October 2012 OFWAT public sewer transfer, we implemented and deployed newly developed technology, IT, process and techniques, along side traditional repair and rehabilitation of one of the oldest utilities network in the world. This meant managing key assets, public liaison, staff, process along with with numerous key stakeholders to inspect, maintain and repair crucial infrastructure. Other projects i was also responsible for included waste water asset management of a number of other clients, surveying, construction work and maintenance. Clients such as network rail, MOD, Highways Agency, Southern Water, seven Trent services local authorities through out greater London area and others parts of UK
