I started at Spireon full time in November 2011 as the National Installation Manger. I quickly moved into a Sales Engineer role and was responsible to designing all the telematics devices installed on trailers. In my Sales Engineer role I helped close Werner Enterprises and Swift Transportation.

I was the owner and driver of a nitro funny car competing nationally in the NHRA Drag Racing circuit. I was responsible for the management of the race team and securing the sponsorship. Most known as the driver of the first funny car driver to break the 300 mph barrier in the quarter mile in October 3rd 1993. We also won Indy in 2000. I had 5 national.

We built high end off-road cars mostly using the Tatum Motorsports chassis.

Managed Saturn's Drag Racing program. We had multiple championships and were the first front wheel drive car in the seven second barrier in the quarter mile. Used the race team notoriety to promote our aftermarket accessories for the Saturn brand.

I was the co owner of the largest Macintosh only computer store in the country. We started in 1987 with sales of $400K and grew to have sales of over $25 million per year in less than three years. We specialized in mail order of high end desktop publishing computers and systems. We sold the company to a public company in 1992.
