I am the Pacific Southwest Major Market Leader for our Business Tax Services Group (Integrated Partnership Solutions) and also help lead the KPMG Emerging Growth Practice. I assist my clients on many tax matters including tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting for income taxes, tax credit and incentive studies and negotiations, representation before taxing authorities, multi-state and cross-border tax planning, and process improvement inclusive of SOX 404 considerations. I specialize in assisting my clients with the implications of scaling rapidly from a global standpoint, and work with all sized tax departments to ensure they have the appropriate support to be effective within their organization. I also work with a broad range of KPMG teams to assist my clients understand significant growth from a jurisdictional and operational standpoint, how to reduce their effective tax rate, and minimizing cash tax liabilities. I also have extensive experience with both corporate and multi-tiered partnership organizational structures.
