Jim Farber is the founder and Chairman of the Board of American Staffing Assurance Company, an insurance organization formed specifically to serve the Staffing Industry. Jim is also the founder and President of Executive Strategies, Inc. (ESI), a national retail and wholesale specialty insurance agency he formed in July 2000. ESI is dedicated exclusively to the insurance and risk related needs of the staffing industry and serves as Program Administrator and Underwriting Manager for the American Staffing Assurance Company program. In 1998, Jim developed the first group Property & Casualty insurance program for the National Technical Service Association (NTSA), whose membership was staffing firms throughout the United States specializing in technical and professional placements. Currently, Jim serves on the ASA National Workers’ Compensation, Risk Management, and Safety Advisory Council. He is a Licensed Insurance Counselor, a Property, Casualty, Life & Health Agent, a Surplus Lines Broker and a Correspondent of brokers at Lloyd’s of London. Favorite charities include Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and the American Diabetes Association.Specialties: Providing risk strategies to the staffing industry.
