We work with Wells Fargo Advisors, UBS, Raymond James, LPL and RBC wire houses. We also have a large insurance general agency. We specialist in showing tax strategies to the wealthy.As a founding managing partner with FSG, with over 31 years of experience, James has assisted numerous high-net worth clients in planning their estates and paying minimal estate tax. Prior to FSG, James was with Wachovia Securities for 12 years, where he helped lay the groundwork for the development of a nationwide Business and Estate Planning program. From 1979 to 1996, James was with Prudential where he held numerous management positions. Currently James is the Estate Planning instructor at the Exit Planning Institute. James has won multiple President citations, was the president of the Association of Life Underwriters in Chicago and was a Vice President on the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) Board. Additionally, he has been published in the CLU Journal. James is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and holds life, accident and health licenses, as well as Series 7 and 63 registrations. I started working at Prudential in 1979, in 1985 my partner and I moved to Prudential Securities. I was a Senior Estate Planning Consultant and worked with about 2000 Financial Advisers clients. Our goal was to show any client how to pay Zero Tax at death. I taught legal concepts, charitable giving strategies, and insurance planning concepts to the FA's and their clients.

This was the same job that I had a Prudential Securities, They merged and the job did not change.
