Transitioned from my Post Graduate Studies at Oxford to the Leadership Team at Excir. The company relocated to Calgary in 2018 and has focused its breakthrough proprietary technology to extract precious metals (such as gold, platinum and palladium) from various waste streams. It’s initial focus is using the chemistry to help recover the value from E-Waste and Excir issued a license to the technology to the UK Government. The Royal Mint of England is building the first E-waste plant using Excir’s technology in Wales to recover the value.

One of five Directors in the GP of Ethos Angel Investment Fund. Ethos made a total of 11 investments in Fund I and did nine follow on investments in Fund II along with adding nine new Portfolio Companies to the family. In total Ethos invested just shy of $10m in 20 Portfolio Companies in Canada, USA and Europe. Ethos typically invested “early” in either the friends & family or seed round with only one investment being Series A. Ethos targeted “Platform” businesses with the potential to blitz scale. L

Took some much needed time with my family and focused on my Post Graduate studies at Oxford. I'm fortunate to have been one of 59 chosen to attend Oxford's Executive MBA. I convocated on March 2, 2019. Prior to my MBA I was one of 35 students chosen for a Post Graduate Masters Diploma in Global Business.
