For more than three decades, I have defended clients in complex litigation arising in state and federal courts. My clients include established health and life sciences companies, food and confectionary enterprises as well as technology companies (some facing product liability litigation alleging algorithms are a defective product that has caused harm to minors).As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, I leverage a unique perspective to provide comprehensive representation to clients. Additionally, I co-chair the health and life sciences segment of the firm’s artificial intelligence and automated decision-making (AI-X) team — an interdisciplinary group of attorneys, consultants and in-house data scientists who assist clients on issues related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, Big Data and automated decision-making.Outside of the office, I am an avid cyclist and triathlete who enjoys rock climbing and exploring the outdoors with my family.
