As the Program Director of the Wyoming Conservation Corps, I have been responsible for overall function and direction of the program. This includes managing a staff of up to 43 individuals, securing funding from local, state, and federal partners, navigating relationships with AmeriCorps, and the University of Wyoming, and engaging with the public.I have been the Principal Investigator for over $1,000,000 in funding for the Wyoming Conservation Corps. I have overseen recruitment, on-boarding, and training strategies for over 150 AmeriCorps members.I have helped create the Wyoming Veterans Trail Crew in 2017Helped create the All-Womens Crew within the Corps in 2022

As the Project Coordinator for the Wyoming Conservation Corps, I was in charge of recruiting, hiring, training and managing Crew Leaders and Crew Members. I helped secure projects and manage projects across Wyoming. The agencies I was involved with include; USFS, BLM, National Park Service, WY State Parks, The Nature Conservancy, Devon Energy, Conservation Districts, and many other local and federal entities.I was in charge of managing members federal timesheets, progress reports to agencies, managing relationships within the University, and communicating with the public.
