Responsible for meeting all Inbound and Outbound SLAs per contractual arrangements with clients. The Dallas facility services 12 clients, both B2C and B2C. Each client has specific processing and packaging requirements ranging from basic RSC cartons to more sophisticated presentations with customized cartons, packing lists, tape, inner presentation, and similar items. We work to tight SLAs on Inbound, Outbound and Returns to ensure customers receive product in a timely manner.
