Head administrator and director of all services for Crawford County Drug and Alcohol as required by Act 63. Works with the Executive Commission Board of Directors on an annual comprehensive Drug and Alcohol plan for the county. Review and evaluate all services and facilities to ensure compliance with established standards. Analyze and evaluate all services offered in the county and revise and make improvements. Liasson with all governmental, state, local agencies and facilities. Supervise all staff and business operations as the SCA (Single County Administrator). Negotiate all contracts, payments and agreements for all services within the CCDAEC. Serve on the Board of Directors of the Health Choices management partnership as the Crawford County SCA. Review all policies and procedures of the Managed Care Organization. Negotiate and set rates for the SCA providers and advocate for rates with the MCO. Serve on Health Choices financial committee for oversight. Other administrative duties required to provide leadership to the Health Choices organizations and drug and alcohol service system.

Coach Men's and Women's Collegiate Wheelchair Basketball Programs. Admisinster all area's of program including fundraising, recruiting athletes, marketing program. Aso work with summer sports camps in Edinboro and around the country primarily with junior wheelchair basketball programs.
