Jim is a leading community development, urban planning, engagement and land development practitioner and with 25 years’ experience delivering projects and programs at the intersection of community, industry, government and place for mining and energy, First Nations communities, greenfield developers and governments. Currently focussed on working with Aboriginal corporations and communities across northern Australia to assist in defining and delivering aspirations.Jim works ´bottom up´ and ´top down´ to create dialogue between communities and decision makers to facilitate sustainable, mutually beneficial outcomes. Jim is the Founder and Director of Plan C.
