JOB DUTIES ● Managed all aspects of construction for large commercial projects from start to finish. Supervised excavating, underground utilities and site work. ● Coordinated efforts amongst multiple subcontractors to ensure completed project up to the costumer’s standard. Coordinated the work of the selected contractors to ensure all work was completed in a safe and timely manner. ● Worked closely with Project Manager on all construction related aspects to ensure projects were completed in a cost effective manner. Attended and provided updates during ownership review meetings on construction objectives and status.● Self-performed responsibilities including but not limited to light demo and excavating, framing, electrical and HVAC, plumbing, hanging and finishing sheetrock, concrete, painting, carpentry, cabinet installation, hanging doors and finish work.JOB HIGHLIGHTS• Worked with multiple School Districts and Nursing Homes on renovation projects. • Lead construction on a renovation television show, Hotel Impossible (Hershey Addiction, S06E05). Worked under high pressure and strict deadlines to fit with television production on the Simmons Motel and Suites in Hershey, PA. • Completed an 11 theater state of the art Cinema Center in Williamsport, PA.• Renovated and newly constructed maintenance and office facilities for River Valley Transit, a multi-county transportation organization in Williamsport, PA. • Lead construction on Benton Community Center including full gymnasium, dance studio, community room and kitchen. • Finalized construction of Rex Energy in State College, PA. The building was a direct replica of the Monticello including the decorative dome entry.
