James Grau, an Emmy award-winning television producer, brings over 30 years of experience in television and event production to his role. A graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, James began his career at Charisma Communications, where he developed marketing and advertising campaigns for prominent clients such as CBS Sports, CBS Radio, CBS News, Rolex Watch Company, IBM, AT&T, and Bristol Myers. Notably, he won a National Emmy Award for producing the 1983 Super Bowl XVI show opening titles.In 2005, James Grau and his wife Elvira co-founded SPACE Events, an all-inclusive 26,000 sq ft. event space in Englewood, NJ. SPACE Events serves as an all-in-one event planning, design, production, and entertainment company, specializing in mitzvahs, quinceañeras, weddings, milestone celebrations, and corporate events. With a wealth of event production experience, James and Elvira expanded their ventures and opened Fifty Four NYC, centrally located in the heart of Midtown East, Manhattan. This 4,500-square-foot private event space offers an intimate and luxurious setting for customized events, including mitzvah celebrations, weddings, and corporate events, complete with a fully stocked bar and top-tier bartenders.
