About Jim Hake

I have more than 35 years of business experience working in various positions from Logistics Management while in the U.S. Army to Call Center Management, Project Management in Construction and Technology Sales, 25 years of that experience has been directly supervising staff and managing business units. In most of my business experiences I have been directly involved with the management of start-up businesses and operations centers within the Construction, Retail, Medical, Banking, Internet Software and Advertising Sales industries. Those start-up centers ranged from Tele sales Centers to Medical Billing and Collections Centers and Enterprise Level Internet Software Sales centers. I have always enjoyed the fast pace of participating in start-up operations centers and business units and enjoy the challenges involved with creating something new and turning ideas and plans into successful profit centers.A couple of brief summaries of my past accomplishments have been successfully managing the bad debt portfolio for Bank of America during their acquisition of Security Pacific Bank and then starting a successful Telemarketing Department for the bank that was focused on minimizing customer attrition. I managed the successful implementation of 14 acquisitions into a consolidated Medical Billing Center for a National Ambulance Transportation Company meeting all indemnifications established and I have developed and implemented a Successful Sales Process that resulted in successfully introducing Nanotechnology into the Commercial Hi-rise and Infrastructure Construction Industries.
