Key Achievements:• Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures: In January 2017, successfully delivered the divestment programme for Xerox that resulted in the launch of Conduent Inc. a technology-led business process services company, with 95,000 employees, headquartered in New Jersey. • Portfolio / Programme / Project Management: Planned and delivered a significant portfolio of projects and programmes to separate the business IT systems from Xerox and create the new IT systems to operate Conduent as an independent company.• Business Transformation: Established the new organisation and structure required to operate Conduent’s business IT systems. Accountable for all group Shared Services and responsible for the creation of a new finance function, enabling the effective planning and control of group budgets totalling $300 Million. -
