Set up all global supply chain operations for company.• Supply Chain Strategy: Executed on all aspects of the supply chain including product innovation, development, cost engineering, sourcing, testing, compliance, production, and logistics for the Exxel Outdoors family of brands.• Teams: Recruited/managed team of 35 global sourcing professionals (China, Vietnam, Philippines, & Bangladesh).• Direction: Oversaw Exxel Outdoors Sourcing and Innovation Center in Shanghai which is home to 35 team members with satellite offices in the Philippines and Bangladesh.• Legal: Set up legal entities in Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and the United Kingdom; registered Exxel Outdoors (China) as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise.• Operations: → Negotiated a joint venture weaving mill in China.→ Found a 13,000 s/f office and executed a tenant finish in 6 weeks to house our new staff.→ Established a new entity to facilitate employment of staff in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Bangladesh.→ Reduced/consolidated vendor network from 65 to 45.
