My mission is to leverage technology to enhance Legacy's operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and competitive edge in the dynamic and complex supply chain industry.I have spearheaded several innovative and impactful initiatives that have enabled Legacy to achieve significant cost savings, productivity gains, and service improvements. Some of the notable examples include deploying the first cloud-based WMS platform in 2016, implementing autonomous mobile robots in our eCommerce fulfillment network, and integrating advanced analytics and AI tools across our systems and processes.
