Off loaded $3M worth of production to other facilities, obtained a 49% gross margin and was given the award for Standard Registers plant of the year. Presided over operations in Seattle, Los Angeles, Pleasanton and Anchorage as well as 3 facilities management locations and developed a budget and plan to relocate the Pleasanton facility. Trained all employees in Buena Park in production enhancing methods such as Six Sigma and 5-S.
