About Jim Herbert

Jim Herbert joined Aon in 2008 having spent 21 years working within the broking and risk consulting fields. As Chief Development Officer (CDO) ARS EMEA, Jim is responsible for supporting revenue growth across 67 countries through c.200 offices and 13,000 colleagues. Aon supports clients through the provision of service across six capabilities: Risk, Retirement, Health, Talent, Data and Analytics, and Capital. It has 72,000 colleagues working across 120 countries focused on clients from global entities to private individuals. Jim is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management. In addition to his role as CDO ARS EMEA, Jim is involved with, and committed to developing Aon’s Diversity and Inclusion work, part of the firm’s ongoing objective to ensure that Aon is the company of choice for colleagues, clients and suppliers.
