I ensured that both the business and suppliers were working well together, to ensure a constant flow of goods and services. Key Achievements:- Prepared over 350 suppliers for the launch of iProcure, a new DHL online ordering system- Devised training for staff and suppliers nationally, on the use of iProcure and assisted with issues that arose both internally and externally - Improved staff moral- Consolidated suppliers to give DHL good leverage for pricing and service- Achieved significant price savings with the latest tender for packaging- Introduced the Kronos time keeping system, to temp staff, to ensure accurate timekeeping and billing- Alongside the procurement role, I project managed for DHL, the simultaneous building of two new warehouses one in Auckland the other in Christchurch, opening both on time and within budget, despite the Christchurch area having two previous earthquakes Show less
