Responsible for scheduling all shipping from the Paxton facility this includes usingprivate carries, brokers, Fed Ex, and UPS to fulfill the companies shipping needs.Other duties include keeping contact with the customers during the entire shippingprocess to ensure their needs are being met. Customer service and problemsolving when customer concerns were present. Both foreign and domestic shippingincluding the use NAFTA and Customs paperwork and working with internationalbrokers. Freight rate negotiation with customer and carriers.I am also trained in Hazmat Compliance

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the company’s safety program and policies. Organize and conduct safety training and meetings with the workforce. Worked closely with department managers to ensure each employee had the proper training and safety equipment to perform their assigned task.

Responsible for the everyday duties of the assembly department including assembly, repair, and following quality control procedures. Fill in as line lead when supervisor was out of work. Paper work completion for finished products and locating and printing documents needed for completing jobs. Loading and unloading of trucks, taking product measurements for loading placement and stacking.

Responsible for the everyday maintenance and record keeping of the poly gem wheel line. Including the supervision of line operators and quality control of finished goods.

Responsible for assembling various size air coil evaporators, electrical, and testing. Completed quality inspection during and after assembly process. Serviced evaporators out in the field for warranty repairs.
